This role ensures visual consistency, accessibility, and alignment with Service Now's design system while supporting development handoff.
Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for core Employee Center pages.
- Map legacy widgets to modern components and propose redesigns.
- Design responsive layouts for desktop and mobile within UI Builder constraints.
- Prepare theme assets and tokens for branding in Theme Builder.
- Provide component specs and redlines for developers.
- Conduct design QA and accessibility checks during implementation.
