UHD Transformation Delivery Coordinator

ASSEMBLY WORKS HR PTE. LTD. is looking for a proactive coordinator to support the Unified Helpdesk transformation programme in Singapore. The role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.

As a key member of the team, you will prepare meeting materials, capture meeting minutes, and ensure timely responses from the service provider and stakeholders. A graduate degree in a relevant field is required, and knowledge of project management frameworks is a plus.
