About the Role
North Vector Dynamics is building next‑generation unmanned systems, and the quality of our platforms depends on the people who build them. We’re looking for a UAS Technician to join our assembly and manufacturing team: working hands‑on with airframes, avionics, propulsion systems, and payloads to bring our vehicles from components to flight‑ready condition. This is a junior role built for someone who is technically sharp, detail‑oriented, and hungry to develop their skills in a fast‑moving environment. You’ll be part of a small, close‑knit production team working directly alongside engineers and responsible for the quality of what leaves our floor. If you’re mechanically and electronically capable, take genuine pride in your work, and want to build the kind of systems you’ll one day see in the field, this role was written for you.
