• Manage campaigns and content using CMS tools.
• Create and publish high-quality content across multiple platforms (Mobile, Set-Top Box, Website).
• Support and respond to users on social media channels.
• Ensure all communications and content are up to date across platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
• Establish and maintain workflows for requesting, creating, editing, and publishing content.
