- Take ownership of IT function of the company and manage all IT related activities for all offices and Data Centre and lead/manage team members across different locations.
- Overlook and Work closely with other department, implement IT Systems to support business requirements and operational needs, which also involves daily IT administrative and support activities as well as basic network configuration and maintenance.
- Take the ownership for ensuring operational readiness by monitoring status of critical infrastructure and services, and maintaining and implementing operational plans/procedures such as disaster recovery plans, backup plans, etc
- Provide technical expertise and contribute where applicable to establishing the direction for the IT architecture, standards, design and implementation approaches for the internal and external systems
