Responsibilities

The purpose of the TA Manager’s position is to develop and lead the Rotterdam TA team and to continuously improve TA performance.

You will be responsible for the safe execution of the TA program within approved premises and meeting the business objectives.

This is a high-impact leadership role with a financial and operational dimension between € - MM (TA cost and production impact).

The TA team manages the 6-yearly major TAs (for each production line) and the dedicated yearly catalyst changes.

During TA execution, the team grows to around people, managing over people at the peak of construction.

TA Strategy and Organization:

Develop and lead the Rotterdam TA team.

Define the long-term TA Strategy in close cooperation with other relevant disciplines to meet business objectives.
