Turnaround E&I Planner
Position in the Maintenance team at Singapore Tuas Refinery. Focus on safe, flawless, on-time delivery of Turnarounds (TA) and Shutdowns, working closely with maintenance sub-teams and various departments.
Responsibilities
- TA Planning Process Management: understand and successfully deliver the respective 7 phases and milestones of the TA Planning Process.
- Quality Planning Output: ensure the resulting E&I planning products (EIA) maximize planning efficiency and set the execution team up for a successful execution.
- Knowledge Retention & Continuous Improvement: perform planning best practices/knowledge/efficiency retention into the Task List Library and ways of working to enable compounded planning efficiency for future events.
