Principal duties and responsibilities
- Transformation management practitioners will shape, mobilize and execute end to end transformation journey with our clients with a clear focus on vision, an integrated approach and a focus on value
- Transformation management professionals operate at the intersection of business and technology and are required to act as the glue between program stakeholders (internal and external) to keep the course and maximize value realization
- Use deep industry and technology competence e.g., in Cloud, ERP, Platforms, Data or Security to build rapport equally with senior and deeply skilled stakeholders in both business and technology functions and facilitate quick and effective decision making
- Work with the senior client stakeholders to understand transformation vision and conduct an initial assessment to identify key pillars for transformation.
