Job Summary

Location: Colorado Springs, CO (on site). This position requires an Active Top Secret Security Clearance.

The Trace3 Government Program Manager is responsible for the strategic direction, management, and execution of a program to achieve mission‑critical goals of the customer and the company. The role ensures programs are executed efficiently, effectively, and in full compliance with the Statement of Work, coordinating across Engineering, Sales, Recruiting, and customer teams. The Program Manager oversees budgeting, financial management, contractual compliance, staff augmentation, employee attraction and retention, personnel management, and corporate finance, ensuring delivery with high quality, customer satisfaction, and planned gross profit for Trace3 Government. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with excellent communication skills, proven ability to manage complex initiatives, and a focus on delivering long‑term business outcomes.
