Trust Subject Coordinators

The postholder will work with the Director for Secondary and the School Improvement Director: Quality of Education to support the implementation of an ambitious, compliant and aligned curriculum across Maiden Erlegh Trust.

Responsibilities

The successful candidates will coordinate the development and delivery of curriculum plans and resources in their subject area, working with identified subject representatives from each mainstream secondary school. They will support curriculum alignment across Maiden Erlegh Trust, act as the subject representative for their own school, and contribute to the quality assurance of curriculum implementation through agreed plans and resources. The role will also involve supporting colleagues to maintain high standards in curriculum planning and ensuring work is delivered in agreed formats and within agreed timescales.
