Truck Licensing System Administration Coordinator

Support trade at the Vancouver's largest port by becoming a Truck Licensing System Coordinator. This full-time hybrid role focuses on license processing and vendor management.
In this role, you will coordinate the TLS Program administration while managing licensing tasks and OBCCTC compliance. Responsibilities also include maintaining the TLS scorecard and answering inquiries. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will impact port operations positively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee TLS licensing administration and processing
• Manage and support Local OBCCTC renewals
• Support the TLS information system and users
• Log service tickets for the Salesforce TLS platform
• Test updates and manage vendor requirements effectively
Requirements:
• 1.5 years in operations/logistics related experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel needed
• Understanding of policy and license administration
