Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including checks on fluid levels, tires, lights, brakes, and overall vehicle condition.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company safety policies, and industry regulations at all times.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, including accidents, mechanical breakdowns, or unexpected delays.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring proper weight distribution and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes using real-time traffic data and delivery schedules to ensure on-time performance.
- Deliver goods accurately and efficiently to designated locations, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
