Truck Carrier Relationship Manager

Coordinate daily truck transports across Denmark and Western Europe, support carrier partners and customers, and help Bahn Express scale delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Source and contact new truck carrier companies
• Onboard new carriers and kick off the partnership
• Maintain and grow relationships across our carrier network
• Help refine the carrier acquisition funnel
• Communicate with carrier partners via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve real‑time operational issues quickly and calmly
• Work closely with the global Truck Operations teams and leadership
• Assist in improving processes, workflows, and tools

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of general experience valued but not required
• Remote, with regular visits to Finland (about once a month)
• Fluent English
