Position Summary
The Trims Assistant will be responsible for the timely delivery of all trims and packaging materials within their scope of responsibility, to ensure customer‑specific requirements, per vendor guidelines, are properly sourced and facilitated to the print contractors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordination with cross‑functional teams (i.e., Account Management, Production, Printers, and Trims Teams) to ensure all trim and packing components required by the contractor are delivered on time to meet production deadlines
- Responsible for managing the Trims Work in Progress (WIP) report to ensure timely communication regarding trim status and work in progress orders
- Responsible for sourcing trim for new production orders and reworks and confirming execution and delivery by the requested dates
