JOB TITLE: TRIM TEAM MEMBER
REPORTS TO: TRIM TEAM SUPERVISOR/POST HARVEST MANAGER
SUMMARY: As a member of the Trim Team, you will work with your peers and team leaders to maximize efficiency by consistently modeling a positive attitude towards work, being accountable and responsible to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. You will help trim and manicure our flower to quality standards set by management. This is a fast‑paced position that requires a keen eye for detail, high quality and safety standards, and the ability to perform repetitive, finely‑tuned scissor trimming. Payment will be in Canadian funds.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not restricted to:
- Responsible for daily goals set by management to achieve department’s metrics.
- Maximize production and minimize waste of quality flower.
