Tri-Lingual SMB Account Manager — Retention & Growth

Ringover Group in Bogotá is seeking a Trilingual Small Business Account Manager (EN/ES/FR) to own post-sale relationships for an existing book of business. You will be the primary contact after onboarding, driving retention and identifying upsell opportunities while coordinating with CS, Support, and Product to maximize client value.
