Key Responsibilities
- Assist with and supervise the installation of trench shoring products
- Deliver training sessions related to trench shoring systems
- Coordinate projects including planning with customers, arranging engineering support, and managing equipment preparation and delivery
- Ensure all equipment meets OEM rental readiness standards
- Advise customers on the most effective methods for installation and assembly of trench shoring systems
- Support customer inquiries via phone and email, including preparing quotes as needed
- Maintain ongoing customer communication, including follow up and relationship management during slower periods to support retention
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience, with confidence presenting to large groups
