Treasury Manager — 12-Month Contract (Dubai)

edari is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee treasury operations for a large semi-government entity in Dubai. You will manage cash positioning, liquidity management, and support capital raising activities including loans and bonds.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience in treasury operations, with knowledge of Treasury Management Systems such as Kyriba. Candidates should be available immediately or within 30 days. This is a 12-month renewable contract.
