The Treasury Analyst plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day treasury operations across multiple entities. This role is responsible for executing core banking, payment, and treasury administration activities, ensuring all processes are completed accurately, timely, and in line with established controls and policies. The role works closely with the Associate Director, Treasury, and broader Finance teams, acting as a central point for operational treasury support, query resolution, and data integrity.
Cash Operations & Banking Execution
- Download daily bank statements across all entities and ensure timely availability for reconciliation and reporting
- Upload payments to banking platforms in accordance with approved payment runs and controls
- Download and archive Proofs of Payment (POPs), ensuring completeness and audit-ready documentation
- Maintain structured and consistent filing of all banking documentation
