Here is your opportunity to work with a global travel-tech start-up that is redefining the way people book trips and experiences. Designer Journeys connects travellers and travel agents with trusted Local Designers in over 70 countries worldwide, who design, build and deliver extraordinary travel experiences.
The primary purpose of this role is to support our network of Local Designers as they create customised travel itineraries for our clients.
This includes ensuring that Local Designers have all the information they need to prepare accurate proposals, monitoring enquiries to ensure quotes are returned within agreed timeframes, and checking that each itinerary meets the client's brief and our quality standards.
A significant part of the role is also dedicated to working with Local Designers to prepare and finalise the travel documentation that clients require before they depart on their trip.
