Role Overview
Advise customers on suitable travel insurance products issued by UAE-licensed insurers through a UAE-licensed insurance broker
Deliver accurate, compliant, and customer-focused insurance advice
Ensure high standards of communication, documentation, and service quality
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer travel requirements including destination, duration, visa needs, age, and coverage expectations
Recommend appropriate travel insurance solutions (inbound, outbound, single trip, annual multi-trip) Clearly explain:
Policy benefits and coverage limits
Exclusions and deductibles
Optional add-ons such as adventure sports or cruise cover
Ensure accurate policy issuance through approved insurer portals and CRM systems
Support customers with:
Endorsements, cancellations, refunds, and renewals
General guidance on claims procedures in line with insurer guidelines
