Travel Claims Tech Coach & Escalation Specialist

AXA Partners in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Executive to bridge technical expertise with team development, providing support to Agents and managing excellence.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in claims processing and 3 years in Travel claims activity. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and French is a plus. This role offers flexibility, working Monday to Friday from 13h to 21h.
