POSITION: Transportation Supervisor
SALARY: $83,851.00

Under the direct supervision of the Associate Director, the Transportation Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the Board’s student transportation system. The position also provides hands‑on operational support, including driving school buses when required, and plays a key role in developing and maintaining a qualified pool of drivers.
Responsibilities
- Plans and oversees daily bus routes, schedules, and service delivery.
- Ensures safe, reliable, and efficient transportation operations.
- Supervises, schedules, and manages transportation staff, and addresses staffing gaps, performance issues, and discipline.
