Transportation Supervisor

Transportation Supervisor (leadership experience required) – Milton, ON – Full Time | Onsite | Monday‑Friday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM – Salary: $75,000–$76,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Dock Operations – Provide hands‑on supervision, guidance, and support to a small team of 4–5 dock workers and an onsite dispatcher, ensuring freight is loaded, staged, and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Coach and Develop Team Members – Train new and existing staff, offer real‑time performance feedback, and foster a positive, safety‑focused work environment.
• Support Linehaul Coordination – Work closely with the Line Haul division to ensure trailers are properly loaded, sealed, and ready for scheduled departures.
