Transportation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily fleet, dispatch, and freight operations for both domestic and cross-border lanes . The position requires a hands-on leader who understands how to manage high-volume dispatching, optimize fleet performance, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. This role involves close coordination with dispatchers, drivers, and customers to ensure service quality, cost efficiency, and operational control across all LTL and FTL movements.
