As a Transport Systems Analyst at DHL, you will play a crucial role in supporting our transport systems to deliver excellence. As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will provide systems support across our Transport business. Working within our fast-paced, time critical, team environment, you will have the autonomy to make decisions and develop professionally. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Provision of 2nd level IT user support for all transport related systems including portal issues, data failures, track and trace, consigning, finance and billing
- Delivering critical support to ensure customer expectations and SLA’s are met
- Analysis and reporting of systems and procedures
