What is the Role?
The Transport Refrigeration (Reefer) Mechanic role is located at our Surrey office (Port Kells, BC) and reports directly to the Shop Charge Hand. The Transport Refrigeration technician performs technical tasks to aid in the assembly, installation, operation, maintenance and repair of variable speed and diesel-driven cooling/heating systems, components and mechanical equipment on trucks, trailers and intermodal containers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair truck and trailer reefer units
