Transport Management (Executive)

Objectives of the Position

• Responsible for ensuring transport management for inbound or outbound (as assigned) as per stipulated guidelines, procedures and requirements.
• Support process improvement, knowledge and risk management as per overseas delivery services.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

Outbound

• Processing transports for packaged deliveries with a focus on sea freight to our customers in compliance with the required customer deadlines at cost‑optimal conditions.
• Managing the loading planning & consolidation/deconsolidation activities at the associated companies and external locations or sites, including monitoring of loading times.
• Legal, internal, safety‑relevant and packaging‑related regulations must be considered, and customer‑specific service levels and other quality requirements must be met.
