The Translator will be part of the translation/localization team responsible for delivering translation related services to Propio clients. The translator's role includes translation, revision, quality assurance, post-editing, and linguistic assets' management, as well as other responsibilities that may be assigned.
Responsibilities
Provide quality translations to assigned projects.
Perform QA checks on completed projects.
Review and clean-up translation memories and terminology databases.
Participate in internal and external meetings with teammates, linguists, and clients.
Extract and translate terminology in new projects or content.
Collaborate with translation team to maintain appropriate client or project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists, and instructions.
Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and implement procedural changes and customized workflows.
