In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high‑quality translation and French editing services that support compliance with Canadian language requirements and enhance the experience of our customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end translation and French editing requests, including intake, prioritization, assignment, and delivery.
• Translate and proofread content from English to French, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with company terminology.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to clarify requirements, set expectations, and ensure high‑quality outcomes.
• Partner with external translation vendors and internal team members to manage deliverables and timelines.
