Empower individuals exiting homelessness with McMan Calgary as a full-time Transition Specialist. Support tenants through their journey to stable housing and independence every weekday.
In this permanent role, you will work with the James House program, providing guidance and support to those transitioning from homelessness. The Transition Specialist will engage clients in developing service plans and fostering natural support networks. This position requires expertise in strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches, ensuring clients are equipped for independent living.
