• Own and manage the IT Transition Service Agreement and Post-Close Governance framework across assigned deals in Spain and Mexico, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
• Track, prioritize, and drive TSA Exit plans to ensure timely separation from all TSA obligations.
