About The Role The Transit Substation Project Manager is responsible for managing the direction of substation construction projects. The manager supports the development of project guidelines and manages the General Foremen and Superintendents to maximize labor, equipment and planning processes for the successful execution of the District’s substation construction projects. The Substation Construction Manager assists with contract proposals, development, and approval.
