One of our manufacturing clients is looking for a Transformer Testing Specialist for their plant near Montreal, QC.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing to ensure transformers operate efficiently and meet performance standards.
• Analyze and interpret test results to identify issues and verify product quality.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Operate a variety of standard and specialized testing tools and equipment.
• Maintain high quality standards while following safety and testing procedures.
• Plan and prioritize testing activities (opportunity to grow into a Team Leader role).
• Assist with training and mentoring team members (opportunity to develop leadership skills).
