Transformation Risk and Advisory Manager (Ottawa)

Responsibilities

Lead project/program performance assessments, program gateway reviews, and risk‑based reviews. Design program management and/or assurance strategies. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the digital transformation project/program implementation lifecycle and associated risks. Qualifications

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or a related field. Certified Project Manager (PMI‑PMP, PMI‑PMBOK, APMBOK, PRINCE2, MSP, MoR, Agile, or Benefit Realization). Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Jira. Security clearance mandatory for all staff engaging on these assignments. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective negotiation, problem solving, and influence. Experience in delivering and/or assessing large digital transformation programs.
