Key Responsibilities
Business Relationship Management & Strategic Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic liaison between assigned Tax sub-service lines and the Tax Transformation Office
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and practitioners to understand operational challenges, strategic priorities, and growth opportunities
- Represent the operational realities of the business and ensure transformation efforts are grounded in how work actually gets done
- Help identify and prioritize opportunities across workflow, technology, AI, automation, data, and operating model evolution
- Translate business needs and pain points into actionable transformation initiatives and roadmap priorities
- Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to operational realities
