Transformation Project Manager (NPL)

The International Business Process Analyst supports the Operations and Transformation agenda by analyzing, designing and improving end‑to‑end business processes across multiple geographies, with a strong focus on Italy and France .

The role acts as a bridge between Operations, Servicing, IT/Data and Management, ensuring processes and reporting are scalable, efficient and aligned with the NPL business model.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve operational and servicing processes across the full NPL lifecycle (boarding, servicing, recoveries, disposals, reporting).
• Support process harmonization and standardization across countries, adapting to local regulatory and operational specifics.
• Act as a process and analytical reference for international teams, especially Italy and France.
