Transformation Project Lead - Indirect Cost (Ciudad Apodaca)

Danfoss Business System (DBS) is looking for Transformation Project Leads to lead projects in the Americas region with a focus on indirect cost optimization across Danfoss factories. You will lead projects of up to six months duration to achieve strong contribution margin improvements by optimizing the Total Cost of Ownership within indirect costs, directly affecting factory performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects to identify and implement indirect cost optimization potentials, securing buy‑in from relevant stakeholders, defining scope, analyzing data, agreeing on targets, and establishing the right project team.
• Co‑develop road maps, ensure timely execution to achieve agreed targets, and actively participate in preparing business cases, implementation plans, and securing implementation according to plan.
