Role Overview
We are looking for a Transformation Manager L1 to lead data management and information excellence within the AML TS Name Screening portfolio. This role will act as the primary SME responsible for data acquisition, analysis, mapping, quality assurance, testing, and ensuring adherence to data policies.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end data governance initiatives
- Collaborate with application development team and BSA's
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing data incident management processes
- Own data issue management
- Manage relationships with delivery teams and partners
- Ensure operations procedure documentation is current and readily available
