Transformation Manager
Drive high-impact strategic initiatives across the global organization. Partner with the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and senior leadership to lead cross‑functional, global projects aligned to key business priorities and champion organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Shape and lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring delivery of strategic outcomes, measurable value, and sustainable change.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to define project objectives, success metrics, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Develop business cases to support decision-making, including cost‑benefit analyses, ROI assessments, and scenario planning to justify investments and strategic initiatives.
- Drive project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, adherence to timelines and budgets, and delivery of measurable outcomes.
