Role Overview

As a Transformation Delivery Consultant within the People Function at Thomson Reuters, you will help turn complex priorities into practical, measurable solutions. You will bring structure to ambiguity, consult with HR teams and leaders, and deliver transformation initiatives that improve how work gets done across the enterprise. This role focuses on Project Management, Change Management, and Process Optimization, with a strong emphasis on consultation, human‑centered problem solving, automation, AI, and agent‑enabled solutions that simplify work, reduce manual effort, and improve quality and adoption.
