Role Summary

We are seeking a senior CFO Transformation Consulting Lead – for Banking, Financial services and Insurance (BFSI) with a strong consulting background to originate, shape, close and dun large‑scale finance transformation programs

The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in finance and proven sales leadership, with 10–15 years of professional experience. This role requires deep BFSI finance domain credibility, the ability to engage CFOs, CROs, COOs, and Audit Committees, and proven success in selling complex, regulatory‑intensive transformation programs in highly governed environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own origination, pipeline development, and closure of CFO / Finance Transformation programs within Banks, NBFCs, Capital Markets, and Insurance firms.
