• Participate in research projects and continuous improvement.
• Train personnel in established process.
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
• Support production with process reviews.
• Innovate, improve, and standardize current processes.
• Create Time-Motion studies.
• Take process measurements.

Experiencia y requisitos

• Mechatronic or Electronic engineering.
• 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Familiarity with CAD software.
• Desirable knowledge of manufacturing methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, VSM, ETC.
• Basic statistical knowledge.
• 80% English.
• Familiarity with measurement equipment (Caliper, Multimeter).
