We are seeking a Transaction Processing Administrator to support the accurate and timely processing of financial and non-financial transactions within a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Mutual Funds and Segregated Funds administration, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Process financial and non-financial transactions, including:
Account setup and maintenance, Purchases, redemptions, and switches ,Direct trade and wire order placement and settlement, Non-complex NIGO transactions Process complex transactions, including Locked-In Accounts and RESP accounts. Monitor and clear workflow queues within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Perform daily trade reconciliation and settlement activities. Process daily deposits and cheque transactions.
