Responsibilities
- Assist trainers by answering questions and providing support when needed
- Enforce the company's Code of Conduct
- Ensure trainees are ready to be deployed to the production floor
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Assist with special projects as required
- Perform monthly classroom audits
- Hold coaching meetings with the trainers
- Hold weekly one-on-ones with the trainers
- Coordinate with the Training Manager to ensure classes run smoothly and trainers have proper training
- Assist with the 7‑day and simulation training when needed
