- Facilitation and Delivery
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Ensure training is engaging, effective, and tailored to various learning styles.
- Team Leadership and Support
- Supervise trainers or training specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with team leaders and department heads to identify training needs.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.
