First Digital Finance Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, with a specific focus on Billease operations and the Sales Team. You will work closely with training managers and department heads to identify training needs, develop engaging learning materials, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
