Training Specialist (Ciudad Apodaca)

Responsible for hourly personnel training and ensuring plant training plans are followed. Training development and contribution to plant KPIs through various training methods.

• Coordinates trainings and re-certifications, ensuring training is designed, delivered and evaluated for consistency.
• Prepare and teach technical programs to help workers learn new technical skills. Prepare learning materials for programs.
• Maintains expert-level knowledge in at least one production department; evaluates and improves processes within work areas.
• Supports the updating of ODS and ODS certification of houly personnel. Utilizes internal and external resources as necessary to achieve goals.
