Training Operations Lead — Back-Up Trainer

Med-Metrix seeks an Assistant Training Manager in Manila to lead trainer onboarding, maintain quality across programs, and coordinate with PMO, HR, and Operations. You will monitor trainer performance, manage logistics and capacity, and ensure curriculum adherence while serving as a back-up trainer when needed.

You will drive continuous improvement through observations, analytics, and collaboration with Education leadership to align with business objectives and readiness across programs.
