• Transforms training strategy into measurable results by owning the planning, coordination, and delivery of successful training programs, including onsite execution and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Measures, monitors, and reports the status of ongoing training programs, recommending improvement actions using the SE platform.

• Acts as a reliable partner to stakeholders, reviewing and continuously optimizing the status and effectiveness of training workshops.
